Over the stay was excellent but the staff were weak in communication and seem like not bothered to assist. Welcome : ⭐️⭐️ Concierge was helpful and friendly. Reception staff were there to help but not welcoming. Took a long time to allocate a room. Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff: ⭐️ Despite calling so many times but had no assistance to check out at 6am. I had to take all of luggage downstairs by my self Location : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Local amenities were available and easy reach to restaurants and shops. Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The facilities there to give them 5⭐️ but their staff cost them the experience I had. Management needs to take this seriously and manage the staff better including those local Saudi staff whom had interest to assist the guest.

Walk 7 to 8 minutes will reach a restaurant area where you can find various flavors of different countries. Walk about 10 minutes is Lulu Hypermarket where you can buy local products. Receiptionists are kind and helpful. The porter named Noor who is Bangladesh is very nice, polite and willing to help.

The receptionists were nice, helpful, and accommodating. When I reported a problem, they immediately looked at it and fixed it. The room was much larger than I expected with a kitchenette and living room.
